DId you concatenate your SmS parts before you submitting to SMSC.? So, by your way the messages not concatenate with other parts, and DeliverSm receives your messages with all individual parts.?

What kind of error you are facing, can you share here.???

Kindly clear me your question. As you mentioned "SubmitSM" we used to submit our messages to operator. and for the "DelvierSM" we used to receive and delivery receipts from SMSC.

yes, you are right.!! they connect with us successfully, while they start submit server returns SubmitSmResp with status ESME_RINVSYSID.!!!!!

So, when they restart our connections manually, its binding and they can send sms.!!!
