We connect to several smsc's and some use smpp 3.4 and some 3.3. On the v3.4 we do not receive seconds in the dlr(delivery receipts) and we do on version 3.3 how can we standardise. I think it would be easier to remove the seconds on the dlrs as more smsc's are using 3.4
