Delivery Reports From SMPP provider

Greetings,
was snooping around the intenet and stumbled on your component and have been happy with the work yu put in Great Job!.
i have had need to use your client with an SMSC (promessaging.net). But i can't seem to get the delivery reports working. i have set RegisteredDelivery = 1, bound in Tranciever mode and all but neither my datasm or deliveySm events fire.
I have complained to the SMSC and they claim DLRs are sent in real time to me. I really am stuck and do not know what to do next
