Multiple binds to Operator

Can we bind our application using ALT.SMS. dll to multiple operators at same time .

First time when i try to connect to muliple operator , its working fine .After that i am bringing down all my operator down , and then bring them up .At that time i can see multiple binds in operator that came from my system .Can any one help me solving this .
