What is the TPS number?

Hi alt!

In this page http://www.inetlab.com/Products/Inetlab.SMPP.aspx. You said Inetlab.SMPP v1.1 can send bulk-sms up to 500 messages/second
But this page http://www.inetlab.com/Help/Inetlab.SMPP/Index.aspx. You said it can send bulk-sms up to 100 messages/second only

I'm considering to buy your product, could you explain about this for me?
