Will this dll support multiple bind .

First time when i try to connect to muliple operator , its working fine .After that i am bringing down all my operator down , and then bring them up .At that time i can see multiple binds in operator that came from my system .Can any one help me solving this .

Can we bind our application using ALT.SMS. dll to multiple operators at same time .

Set the registered delivery flag to 1 .For more details refer SMPP Protocol Specification v3.4 for more details

I also have the same query . In my application i am using a threads to send message and two other threads for receive the submit response and delivery response .

Is there any difference between v 2.10.0.0 and 2.10.1.0 . Some times i am not able to receive submit response and delivery response sent by the operator .I am using a fake operator .

I have a SMS sending application . If i sent say 40 msgs to operator , i am able to recive on 38 or 37 submit response . I will get Delivery response(DR) for all the 40 msg . Why is it so
