i'm using the Inetlab.SMPP.dll lib
i need to send SMS as bytes array via SMPP
i set sm.UserDataPdu = SMS_Body ( SMS_Body is an array of 140 bytes)
now i need to know what the value for the (sm.UserDataPdu.Headers)
can any one help me?
i need it urgent please !
