We have an issue that we dont quite understand.

Radndomly for a few seconds the following is happening;
1. The clients are submitting messages and receiving an OK with messageid.
2. The ev_submitSMS doesn't appear to be called.
3. Resumes away again after a few seconds but on server side ...
