I have deployed the sample application to test sending SMS, debugging in the application to send an SMS:

1- in the Bind() function, the CommandStatus was ESME_RALYBND which means my application is already bound to SMPP ...

Is there any way to limit the number of messages sent to the SMSC. I'm pulling the SMS details (text, mobile number, etc...) from database, however my SMSC provider restricts the number of messages I can sent. how this can be acheived?
