Is the DSC 4 / binary encoding is supported in Inetlab.SMPP v1.1 & v1.2

Hello,

Actually I'm using Inetlab.SMPP v1.1 & v1.2, i wanna send sms with DSC 4 / binary encoding...

sms : 06050404D200002865695A546B6E36427935764229
encoding : DSC 4 / binary encoding

Is there any way to do it in this version?
